Budget Friendly Timberlake Real Estate Options

The community has nine different sections each with its own unique name.  There are three different carriage homes sections, the oldest being the golf course homes along Fairway Ridge conveniently located just across the street from the club house and pool area.  These homes range in size from 1800 square feet to 2500 square feet.  These homes are primarily one story brick and some are golf course properties.  The newest addition to the carriage homes in Timberlake are new construction homes along Laurelbrook in Linkside at Timberlake.  These homes are 2100 to 2900 square feet with a price point of $275,000 to $325,000.

Custom and Waterfront Homes

Larger custom homes priced between $300,000 and $500,000 can be found in the other sections of the community like Timberlake Estates, Club Pointe, Pointe Overlook, The Peninsula, and Timberlake Plantation.  Be Sure to know the restrictions in each section as they do differ.  Continuing up the price point to waterfront homes in Timberlake, You'll find homes between 2500 and 6000 square feet varying in price depending upon the type of dockage, water view, depth of water, lot size, age, size, and customization of each home.  Last year closed waterfront sales ranged from $475,000 to $1,400,000.  Currently there is a new section of waterfront custom homes, Timberlake the Point, being build on the old clubhouse site at the point behind the clubhouse.  Several have private or shared docks and terrific views.  These homes sites start at $50,000 for an interior lot and go up to $265,000 for a spectacular point lot.
