Our home was an older home–fixer upper type with lots of potential. Molly was smart in advising us to have a home inspection performed, determine what we needed to fix to sell the home and be completely transparent with any issues found. Her marketing skills for the actual listing and photos taken were spot on and generated a busy flow of traffic the first weekend it was listed–we actually had two offers after the first 4 days on the market! Molly went above and beyond to contact contractors for us and even rolled up her sleeve to clean windows! I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house!
